TART Connect is a free shuttle in Truckee that provides on-demand, door-to-door rides to areas within the Town of Truckee boundaries. The shuttle currently serves all Truckee neighborhoods, including Tahoe Donner, Donner Lake, and Downtown Truckee. Guests can use the shuttle to get from their lodging to explore Truckee's trails, beaches, shopping, and dining.
How it Works
TART Connect is easy and convenient for guests to use. They will first download the app, then order a ride and get picked up in as little as 15 minutes. Wait times may vary, so we recommend advising guests to check estimated pick-up times in the app early during popular times. Guests who do not have the app can call in to request a ride. Peak Season: Daily Service from 6:30am to Midnight
June 28 - Sept 4, 2023 and Dec 14 - April 7, 2024
Non-Peak Season: Daily Service from 6:30am to 10pm
Sept 5 - Dec 13, 2023 and April 8 - June 27, 2024
New Call Number Effective Aug 14, 2023
TART Connect users who do not have the app will need to call a new number starting Aug 14, 2023. The new call center provider will improve the rider experience and communication with dispatchers taking calls. Starting on Aug 14th, if someone calls the old number (530-214-5811) they will hear a recorded message letting them know the number has changed, along with the new number.
